1. Free Trial Period
TindahanGo offers a **14-day free trial** for new store accounts starting immediately from the successful registration timestamp. The free trial is designed to let store owners test all features (POS checkout, barcode scanner integration, multi-branch, custom cashier limits, reports, and data imports) under live shop settings.
Upon expiration of the 14-day trial, the store must opt into a paid monthly subscription to maintain full operational access.
2. Billing Cycle and Invoicing
All paid accounts operate on a recurring monthly billing schedule.
- Billing Cycle: The billing cycle begins on the date your paid subscription is approved and extends for exactly one calendar month (e.g., if approved on July 10, the cycle ends on August 10).
- Invoices: Invoices are generated dynamically inside the billing page of your dashboard and are available for download. They display your store registration info, plans selected, total pricing, and manual payment verification logs.
3. Grace Period & Read-Only Restrictive Mode
We understand that retail operations depend on POS access, so we grant a **3-day grace period** past your subscription expiration timestamp.
- Active Operations during Grace Period: You can continue checking out items and adding products for 3 days post-expiry while payment is processed.
- Read-Only Mode: If payment is not submitted and approved by the end of the 3-day grace period, your account shifts to **Read-Only Mode**.
- Cashier POS checkouts will be blocked automatically.
- Adding or updating inventory stocks will be restricted.
- You can still log in, review historical sales reports, check utang ledger balances, and view settings.
4. Billing Submission & Review (Hybrid Verification)
Subscribing owners submit payments by transferring the plan fee to our designated GCash, Maya, or BDO accounts. After the transaction is complete, owners must upload the proof of payment details via the Web Owner Portal:
- Owners must enter the correct e-wallet or bank transaction **Reference Number** and upload a clear screenshot of the receipt.
- Manual Verification Queue: Our administrative team reviews reference details against incoming transaction logs. Verification is typically completed within 2 to 24 business hours.
- Needs More Info Status: If a submitted receipt is blurry, or if the reference number doesn't match bank logs, the subscription status will update to `needs_more_info`. You will see admin review notes on your billing history (e.g., "Blurry receipt, please upload again"). You must re-submit matching proof to restore status.
5. Late Payments, Reactivation, and Data Preservation
If an account remains in Read-Only status due to late payments:
- No reactivation fees are charged. Submitting and obtaining approval for the monthly fee immediately restores full operational status.
- Data Preservation: We preserve all your catalog items, branch details, sales histories, and client logs during unpaid cycles. We will not delete your store data for at least 90 days after subscription expiration, giving you ample time to reactivate.
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust our subscription rates (Starter or Business). In the event of a pricing change, TindahanGo will provide Store Owners with at least **thirty (30) days written notice** (sent via email and highlighted on the dashboard). If you do not agree with the new rate, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
7. Cancellation
Owners can cancel their subscriptions at any time via the settings or billing dashboard. Cancellation shifts the subscription status to expired at the end of the current billing cycle. No further notifications or renewal reminders will be sent.
