1. Purpose & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules of conduct and prohibited items for users of the TindahanGo multi-tenant platform. TindahanGo provides point-of-sale, sales reporting, and inventory capabilities to help legitimate micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Philippines manage their retail shops.
By accessing, creating an account, or registering store branches, you agree to comply with this AUP at all times.
2. Prohibited Products & Services
You are strictly prohibited from cataloging, recording, uploading imagery for, or managing inventory of the following products and services:
- Illegal Drugs & Contraband: Unregistered narcotics, dangerous chemicals, or controlled substances prohibited under RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act).
- Unlicensed Weapons & Ammunition: Explosives, firearms, or tactical weapons without matching local police permits and DTI licensing.
- Counterfeit Goods: Knockoffs, pirated software, counterfeit designer goods, or replica items violating trademark and patent laws.
- Adult Content: Explicit, pornographic, or adult-themed materials.
- Human Exploitation: Advertising or facilitating prostitution, human trafficking, or forced labor.
3. Billing & Payment Integrity
We require strict compliance with our billing workflows:
- You must not submit forged, tampered, or copy-pasted GCash, Maya, or BDO payment screenshots to bypass monthly fees.
- You must not submit duplicate reference numbers or use numbers belonging to other companies.
- Attempting to manipulate the subscription billing validation database queue using automated scripts or injection queries will result in immediate termination of all company tenant records.
4. Security & System Integrity
You must not engage in any activity that disrupts, compromises, or scans the TindahanGo systems:
- Unauthorized Hacking: Accessing or attempting to query endpoints, tables, or database fields belonging to other companies (bypassing tenant company isolation barriers).
- Malicious Code: Uploading or injecting malware, spyware, trojans, ransomware, or web shells via Excel import logs, product image upload fields, or text comments.
- DoS/DDoS Attacks: Executing high-frequency automated requests designed to exhaust server memory, database connection pools, or server bandwidth.
- Identity Theft: Logging in as superadmin or other store owners using stolen credentials, brute-force PIN guessing, or session token replication.
5. Platform Misuse & Abuse
You must not use the communication channels (e.g., receipt templates, client SMS alerts, or support tickets) to transmit:
- Bulk unsolicited messages, SMS spam, or commercial advertisements.
- Harassing, defamatory, threatening, or abusive content targeting customers, cashiers, or TindahanGo representatives.
6. Enforcement & Suspensions
If a Store Owner, Manager, or Cashier violates this AUP:
- We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently deactivate the target account and associated company databases without prior warning.
- No refunds of remaining subscription credit will be granted.
- We may report illegal product cataloging or hacking attempts to Philippine law enforcement agencies (e.g., NBI Cybercrime Division, PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group) and supply database records as evidence where legally subpoenaed.
